More than a decade ago, our founder, Heidi, learned about human trafficking not as a distant issue, but as a heartbreaking reality affecting people in her own community. What began as awareness soon became conviction. Over time, God placed a dream in her heart to create a company that could be part of the solution.

In January 2015, that dream became a reality.

Crowned Free is a purpose-driven brand creating ethically made fashion and lifestyle products that support survivors of human trafficking and help create pathways to restoration, dignity, and freedom. From the beginning, we have believed that the decisions we make every day – including what we wear and give – can make a real difference.

Every product in our collection is 100% ethically made through carefully selected artisan groups and manufacturers who provide fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified employment. Over the years, we have received letters from artisan partners sharing how this work has impacted their lives, their families, and their communities. These stories continue to remind us that this work reaches far beyond the products themselves. It touches real lives.

Since the beginning, Crowned Free has financially supported more than sixty organizations serving survivors in the United States and around the world. Today, that impact also includes The Story Project, our employment program for teen survivors and at-risk youth in the USA.

At every stage of the journey, Crowned Free has been rooted in the belief that small, intentional choices can create meaningful change. Every candle, every piece of jewelry, every gift chosen with purpose is part of something bigger than ourselves. Each one connects our own stories to the stories of survivors finding healing, hope, and restoration.
