Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love what you choose. If something is not quite right, we are happy to accept select returns within 45 days of your order’s fulfillment date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unwashed
• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition with tags attached

Shipping charges and shipping insurance are nonrefundable.

Simply follow the step by step instructions. If you have a question that is not addressed there, you are always welcome to email us at customerservice@crownedfree.com and our team will respond as quickly as possible.

  1. Go to the Returns Portal. Visit crowned-free.shipstationreturns.com .
  2. Enter your order details. You will be asked for your order number and the email address used to place your order.
  3. Look up your order. Click “Look Up Order” to view your order details and eligible items.
  4. Select items to return or exchange. Choose the quantity and reason for each item you would like to return.
  5. Submit your return request. Click “Submit Request.” Once approved, you will receive instructions and a link to print your return label.
  6. Print & attach the label. Print the label, securely attach it to your package, drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.

If you are returning an item for a refund and choose to use the prepaid return label provided through the portal, a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are exchanging an item, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be charged to the original payment method. Your replacement item will ship to you at no additional cost.
